“HAVERFORD TWP. — Commissioners on Tuesday, Oct. 18, approved final land development plans for the Quarry Center, a 30.6-acre shopping center proposed by the Quarry Center LP, to be constructed at the former Llanerch Quarry Reclamation site at 116 Township Line Road.

Plans call for two anchor stores, a Giant Food Store with a fueling facility, and a Lowe’s home improvement store with a garden center.

Panera has also signed on as a tenant, but no final agreement has been reached for two freestanding and three in-line retail spaces, said Eric Mallory, principal of Eureka Ventures.”

  1. The property and Business owners that pay taxes are going to get ripped off by this new land hustle, the quarry. It should be called the sorry because that,s what the taxpayer is going to be saying if this white elephant shows up between Glendale road and Township line.Does any of these bone heads realize how much the demolition is going to cost before the lay one brick? The Board of commissioners in Havertown are the worst at planning the develoment of a big commerical job such as the quarry. They have a hard time with a one story barbershop.Take these land deals to a vote you bone heads.
